By accessing or using Curba ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Curba provides AI-powered real estate photo enhancement tools. You can upload property photos and apply AI-driven enhancements including lighting correction, sky replacement, clutter removal, and virtual staging.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased through Stripe and are non-refundable except where required by law. Credits do not expire. Each AI enhancement consumes credits as indicated in the application. If a generation fails, credits are automatically refunded.
You retain ownership of all photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant Curba a limited license to process, store, and deliver enhanced versions of your photos. We do not claim ownership of your content or use it for any purpose other than providing the Service.

AI-enhanced photos are generated by third-party AI models. Results may vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate representations of properties. You are responsible for reviewing all enhanced photos before using them in listings or marketing materials.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Curba shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your stored photos and generations will be deleted.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
