• Account information: email address and name (via email/password or Google sign-in)
• Photos: images you upload for enhancement
• Payment information: processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details
• Usage data: enhancement selections, generation history, and credit transactions

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve the AI photo enhancement service
• Process payments and manage your credit balance
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password resets)
• Ensure security and prevent abuse

3. Photo Storage and Processing

Your uploaded photos are stored securely in Supabase Storage. Photos are sent to third-party AI providers (Fal.ai) solely for processing your requested enhancements. Enhanced results are stored in your account. We do not use your photos to train AI models or share them with third parties for any other purpose.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase: authentication and data storage
• Stripe: payment processing
• Fal.ai: AI image generation
• Vercel: hosting and deployment
• Google: OAuth authentication (optional)

Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing their handling of your data.

5. Data Retention

Your photos and generations are stored as long as your account is active. You may delete individual photos or your entire account at any time. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and row-level security on all database operations. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request deletion of your data
• Download your photos and generations
• Opt out of non-essential communications

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice.
